Cenvory is a trade name of Flore Intelligence LLC. This notice describes how Cenvory handles information through cenvory.com, business email, qualification, billing, and the Customer-Owned Mold Custody Evidence Cycle.

This notice applies when published by Cenvory and when Cenvory collects or processes information through its website, communications, contracting, billing, or service-delivery systems.

Service information

For an accepted order, Cenvory may process customer-authorized business records such as mold identifiers, customer/OEM names, part numbers, facility/location fields, stated status, dates, photographs, and related custody evidence.

Cenvory does not want and prohibits CAD files, technical drawings, process parameters, CUI, ITAR-controlled technical data, export-controlled technology, classified information, credentials, payment-card data, Social Security numbers, medical records, payroll files, or other unnecessary personal information.

Website and technical information

When the website becomes active, ordinary hosting and security systems may collect IP address, browser/device details, timestamps, requested pages, referrer, and security events. Cenvory will not activate nonessential advertising cookies before a separate decision and appropriate disclosure.

How information is used

Cenvory does not sell customer information and does not use Customer Data for targeted advertising or to train a generalized AI model.

Service providers and disclosures

Payment processors receive payment information directly. Cenvory does not store full payment-card numbers.

Cenvory will not provide substantive customer tooling files to a payment or electronic-signature provider.

Customer service data

Customer service files are governed by the Customer Service Agreement and Order Confirmation. Cenvory processes them only for the ordered purpose, limits access, uses restricted sharing, and follows the stated deletion schedule.

Customer is responsible for keeping original source records and downloaded deliverables.

Cenvory uses measures designed for its size and data risk, including:

No security method is perfect. Customers must not send prohibited data and must report suspected misdelivery or unauthorized access promptly.

Choices and requests

A business contact may request correction of contact information, request deletion where no legal or contractual retention duty applies, or opt out of commercial email by using the stated opt-out method or emailing 14213 Beddingfield Way, Centreville, VA 20121.

Customer-data requests must come from an authorized Customer contact and may be subject to identity and authority verification.

Virginia and other privacy laws

Cenvory's intended early service is business-to-business. Virginia's Consumer Data Protection Act defines a consumer as a person acting in an individual or household context and excludes commercial and employment contexts. Exact legal applicability depends on the data, parties, jurisdiction, and scale.

Cenvory will apply contractual data controls even where a consumer privacy statute does not apply. This notice does not waive rights that cannot be waived.

Children

Cenvory is a business service and is not directed to children. Cenvory does not knowingly collect children's personal information.

United States processing

Cenvory operates from Virginia, United States. Information may be processed in the United States by Cenvory and its service providers.

Changes

Cenvory may update this notice when its practices or legal requirements change. The published notice will state its effective date. Material changes to active customer-data processing will be handled as required by agreement or law.
