Controlled Pilot launch

Turn authorized mold records into a source-linked custody evidence pack.

Cenvory provides a fixed-scope, online-only documentary service for U.S. custom injection molders handling an OEM evidence request, mold transfer, customer exit, plant move, audit, or disposition event.

Written qualification only. No phone, video, or in-person meetings.

Purchased result

A bounded documentary pack, not an inspection or professional opinion.

Normalized records

Custody register, source index, photograph references, and portfolio summary.

Explicit exceptions

Missing, conflicting, or unsupported fields are identified rather than guessed.

Controlled closeout

Acceptance/correction memo and deletion confirmation complete the case lifecycle.

Written workflow

Qualification comes before contracts, payment, or files.

  1. Submit a limited qualification form. Do not include record contents or technical details.
  2. Cenvory confirms fit and capacity in writing. Submission does not create a case.
  3. Sign electronically. The Customer Service Agreement and case-specific Order Confirmation must be completed.
  4. Pay a case-specific Stripe invoice. Cenvory does not use a public payment link.
  5. Receive a restricted upload folder. Files are never accepted by ordinary email attachment.

Scope boundary

Cenvory organizes authorized records. It does not decide what they prove.

Cenvory does not inspect molds, authenticate disputed evidence, determine ownership or title, resolve disputes, or determine condition, value, readiness, or maintenance adequacy.

Cenvory does not provide legal, engineering, accounting, valuation, regulatory, compliance, export-control, or OEM-acceptance opinions.

Cenvory will not accept CAD, drawings, geometry, recipes, process parameters, source code, CUI, FOUO, ITAR-controlled data, export-controlled technical data, classified data, privileged material, payment-card data, or unnecessary personal data.

Pilot qualification

Confirm the basic fit without sending source data.

The qualification form requests only business contact and scope information. Do not enter customer/OEM names, mold identifiers, part numbers, file names, record contents, or technical details.
