I understand the Pilot is limited to one facility, one customer/OEM portfolio, and no more than 15 molds for $750 prepaid. I understand Cenvory provides administrative document organization only and does not inspect molds, authenticate disputed evidence, determine ownership, or provide professional opinions. The requested work is not intended to investigate a dispute, support active litigation, or determine title, ownership, condition, value, or readiness. I will not submit source files through this form or email, and I will not provide prohibited controlled, export-restricted, privileged, payment-card, or unnecessary personal data. I have read and agree to the Customer Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice. I consent to use electronic records, electronic signatures, and email communications for qualification and contracting.

Submission is not acceptance and does not reserve capacity. Cenvory opens a case only after written scope confirmation, completed electronic signatures, and a settled case-specific Stripe invoice.
